INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
An external staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment. The living area features a bright lounge with a double sofa bed, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with gas burners, fridge/freezer, oven and air conditioning. The double bedroom is comfortable and quiet, with spacious wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. All interiors are designed to offer functionality and comfort throughout the year.

- A security deposit will be required upon arrival and blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name).
- The amount will be automatically released after check-out (release times depend on your bank).
- Any damage or rule violations may result in deductions from the deposit.

Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Waste Sorting
A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the dedicated bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
