- Klodge accommodations are private properties rented under a tourist lease, pursuant to Italian Law 431/98 and Article 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia).
- Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
- Klodge is a professional real estate agency specialized in short-term tourist rentals.
- Essential services (final cleaning, initial linen) are provided by third-party companies and are charged to the guest.
Online Check-in and Contract
- After booking, online check-in is required (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).
- Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.
Key Collection
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Waste Sorting
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate waste bags and dispose of all garbage correctly before departure.
