Stunning and bright apartment with large sea view terrace in Portisco, a few steps from the homonymous beach and the renowned Rena Bianca.



This beautiful apartment, spread over two levels within a residential complex with direct access to the sea, opens on a staircase leading to the living area: a very bright open space furnished with a sofa, a TV set, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and, finally to a first covered terrace with dining area with a wonderful sea view. Going upstairs guests can reach the sleeping area, which includes three bedrooms, two with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out upon request. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.



The highlight of this apartment is definitely the outdoor spaces: in addition to the large covered veranda accessible from the living area, the bedrooms have access to two terraces on the upper floor, one directly overlooking the sea, furnished with sun loungers and a dining table perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals.



At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi connection, washing machine, iron, and air conditioning.

Gem of the region of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodations built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.

Porto Rotondo is a place for everyone to discover by walking, cycling or boating, by tasting local specialties in one of its excellent restaurants, enjoying a happy hour in front of the sunset on the harbor or dancing in one of its elegant nightclubs, or even by going shopping in the exclusive boutiques, jewelers or craft shops along the characteristics alleys.

Surrounded by beaches with crystal clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind, it is also a great location to visit the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Nearby, do not miss Capriccioli beach, Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Principe beach and Rena Bianca.



Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Man kann fussläufig verschiedene schöne Strände erreichen. Die Wohnung ist etwas abgelegen, daher ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
