INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Caletta 10 is on one level: the entrance leads to the living room and small kitchenette equipped with a stove and fridge/freezer. The living area has a dining table, which can also be used as a workstation for a laptop. A sliding window opens to the covered veranda with a table and sea view over the Gulf of Cugnana and the surrounding vegetation. From the living room, a corridor leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom; the bathroom has a shower. Near the entrance, there is a canopied area with a reserved covered parking space. Access to the swimming pool and tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex. POOL OPENING - from mid-June to mid-September.
DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Caletta 10 is part of the well-maintained residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo," surrounded by 100,000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs in the area: centuries-old junipers, wild olive trees, cistus, and myrtle. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, opposite Portisco, and consists of several small buildings spaced apart to create a peaceful and secluded environment. The entire area slopes down to the sea, accessible via a small, shallow beach. Ira Beach is about 3 km away.
The residence has covered parking spaces shaded by Sardinian canopies (one per accommodation) and guest parking. Just before the entrance is the popular restaurant with a pool "Stella di Gallura," a frequented spot in the summer. About 3.5 km away, or a five-minute drive, you can reach the center of Porto Rotondo with its renowned boutiques, bars, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Here you can stroll along the charming marina where yachts of all sizes are moored. Many restaurants are nearby: Lu Stazzu (1200 meters), I Valentini (1500 meters), Locanda Rudalza (1400 meters). The nearest bus stop is on Via Monte Ladu (stop V.M.Ladu fr. I.Piumica) and is 700 meters from the house. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 km away.
