About this property
Beautiful villa with amazing swimming-pool, seafront
- Luxury villa, fully renovated in 2016, in a beautiful, quiet, on the seafront, located on the almost-island of Ciovo (near Trogir).
The swimming-pool on the Adriatic Sea offers a magnificent view. There are 4 large terraces (all with sea view), and a large wooded exotic garden. Barbecue and summer kitchen. 4 bedrooms with double beds + 1 small bedroom + 2 big sofa-beds in the living-room, 4 bathrooms with Italian, 5 WC, 2 kitchens. Fully air-conditioned. There are several terraces and a swimming-pool of 8,5x5m. Parking for 2 vehicles (cars only) inside the property, secured by a large gate. Cleaning will be done before your arrival (included).
Capacity : 10 adults + 2 children (including 4 places on the sofa bed in the living-room).
