    "I decided to stay at the Joule because being downtown it was close to Baylor Medical center. When I arrived I had valet parking. $67 per night. When I walked in there were drop cloths everywhere because the entire lobby and bar area were under renovation! Did not expect that, and, the dust etc wasn't going to help my health. Front desk was very friendly, took my bags to my room. It was ok, but I was on a lower floor, only saw the top of a roof and other section of hotel. The rooms are modern,..."

    "This place is one of worst apartments we have rented from. Per email we’re supposed to have code for the key box 72 hours. Then it said 30 mins before check in. No code was ever given. We had to then call 4 numbers to even a property manager to let us in. When you walked into apartment all you could smell was weed. We finally got into apartment at 345. We change clothes and head to pool for an hour. Which there is no signage or map to property any where. Mind this is why rented this..."

"Really dirty. Sheets were so worn I could see right through them. Had to buy water shoes to shower by the looks of the shower... I am glad I did because every time I showered the dead flies were rushing past my feet down the drain. The lock was completely snapped off in first room I had, when I changed the next room's smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling and the shower had towels from the previous guest hanging on the curtain rod. The lobby locks in the night and you have to stand outside...
