Welcome to your Fan Cave just one block from campus and only half a mile from Downtown Main Street & Campus Corner—where all the action is within crawling distance!

You’ll be surrounded by: shopping, restaurants, bars, brunch spots, coffee shops and the Farmer’s Market—all right down the street. Santa Fe Avenue has recently been rezoned and completely redeveloped, making it the hottest new strip of real estate near campus. This block is the premier spot for student housing, just a stone’s throw from the university. With the windows open, you can even hear fans cheering from the stadium. It’s a fun atmosphere on game days & a great block to be on any other day. No doubt you’ll be right in the mix, but tucked away in yOUr own little loft hideaway with all the essentials. You’d be hard pressed to get closer to the action. You can feel the vibe when you step out the door. Whether you’re people watching from the front porch or joining the party, there’s plenty to do around here.
