Quite unique compared to staying at hotels. Was sent instructions on how to access the property ( no need for a formal check-in) in both English/Japanese. Took us about 5 minutes to figure it out exactly. Won’t be the quietest place but that’s dependent on what is happening in the area (drunks, construction, loud cars, etc.) Didn’t hear anything from the local tenants.

The communication was terrible! When I booked the room, I did not get a message with entrance codes even though I immediately preregistered as required. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said to call a certain number to get an entrance code. When I called, I followed automated message instructions, but it led to a repetitive cycle until I did not follow the automated instructions, and instead left a voice message with whoever is in charge. It took about 20 minutes for me to finally get a call-back with someone who could give me instructions to get inside. In all that time I was waiting outside with my baggage furiously trying to make phone calls to get inside. The slow response time is unforgiveable. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

おすすめしません！

部屋に洗濯機があるのはとても便利だけど、洗濯物を干す場所が無く大変不便。ベッドマットレスが凹んでおり３泊して腰回りが痛くなった。マットレスが古いのは我慢できるが、凹んでいるものを使用し続けるのはいかがなものかと思う。床置きの小型のソファーがあるけど、座ると潰れてしまいとても座っていられる代物ではなかった。ソファーの予算が無いのならせめて椅子を置いて欲しい。最近の宿泊施設でウォシュレットが無いのはかなりマイナス。滞在中くしゃみが何度も出たのはカビが原因ではないかと思う。天井がかなりカビていてエアコンに至っては怖くてフィルターをチェックできなかった。沖縄や八重山諸島には７０回くらい来ているが、ホテル、民宿、民泊含めこのホテルはワースト３に入る。

國際通最佳位置

缺點是房間較細，整理大件行李較困難，浴缸沒有浴簾阻擋水花弄濕地面，露台涼衣設備破損，使用不安全，大廈入口大堂兩個照明燈有一個已壞，入住多日也未見更換。優點是位置在國際通橫街及近縣廳廣場，位置寧靜亦安全。

開錠の案内は有りましたが、部屋が何階の何号室かの案内は無かったので、電話で確認しました。 バスタオルのセットは１つだけで、交換が無かったので、又電話で確認すると、洗濯機で洗うとの事、シャンプーの入れ物にトリートメントが入っていて、洗濯の際の柔軟剤の補充も無かったので、電話すると、既存の物で対応して下さいと言われました。その後、シャンプーやタオルの補充はされましたが、なんだかモヤッとする施設でした。
