"Overall we were disappointed in our stay here, especially for as much as we paid. The service was poor- our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to ask multiple times for things like drinks or towels, there was no one at the desk to help us book a cab, etc. Compared to other placed we visited on the island, the staff here didn't seem to care about providing a good experience for their guests. The food was fine, but several items on the buffet ran out, and dessert was served with plastic wrap draped over it. It did not feel like a luxury meal. The dining experience overall was lackluster. The room was also adequate, but had several broken elements, the Wifi kept going in and out, Netflix didn't work, and the staff was unwilling/unable to help with any of it. Also, they didn't have chairs down at the beach, and we had to figure out how to get chairs to relax. Overall it was a very disappointing experience for as much as we paid for our stay, and I would NOT recommend it to others."

"It was a pleasure to deal with Jacqui. Any questions or request were dealt with right away. The house was at a great location. It was easy to walk to Oistins. My family loved the house and the roof top patio. I would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Maxine for cleaning our place. It was lovely to have a mid stay cleaning. We stayed 12 days. "
