「スタンダードルーム1名利用。ホテルメインビル向かいの別館1番奥の1階の部屋でした。テラスは向いも隣も建設工事。工事現場ビュー、なんと隣の部屋まで改装中で驚きました。早朝から騒音です。シャワーの水圧は非常に悪く、またお湯がでるまでかなりの時間がかかります。ボディーソープははじめから空っぽ。空港送迎リクエスト変更についてメールを送っていましたがホテル到着後に今メールをみましたと言われました。またチェックアウト時は明細の確認を忘れないで下さい。私の場合は他のルームの朝食がチャージされていました。」

Unfriendly and arrogant staff, particularly at reception and bars (saying thank you or smiling not their style). Breakfast was a pain since they had to bring the coffee and the sugar and the cream and they would bring one and not the other. Pool must have bad filter or improper maintenance as water was murky. 「I was extremely disappointed with my stay here and am glad I stayed elsewhere on the island for the majority of my time in Barbados. The rooms here felt like jail cells, not one piece of art, no hot water and no mirror above the sink in the bathroom. There was also no fridge for leftovers but a stove? The beach area is too small for all the people that are staying there, there also wasn’t enough pool chairs so multiple people were left to sit in the dinner chairs rather than lay by the pool or...

「Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional staff who were always so pleasant to deal with. Definitely will consider starting again when back to Barbados. The beach is literally a step away from the hotel. Clean rooms but adequate parking is not available. Otherwise, perfect.」

「The Divi was very good location and we had great service in general. The suite was great and the grounds perfect with our babies. The proximity to the beach and to dining options was really nice. They need to work on the management of their beach side restaurant where we encountered an issue but the management was keen into hearing our feedback and hopefully they fix things soon for other customers. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little hotel located right on the beach. Our room was clean. Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating! If you love the Hilton than this hotel is NOT for you. 」
