Located a stroll across the road from NZ's favourite Beach, with 4 Square shop and Liquor Store just as close.

The space
Our unit is cosy and completely self contained, with separate kitchen and bathroom including laundry. The living area comprises of a lounge opening via sliding doors to your bedroom with Queen bed and wardrobe and dressing table. There is an outside grassed area and clothes line.

Guest access
Off street parking directly at the door. Easy access from the road and across the road to beach access to the safe swimming Ohope Beach with fishing, beach walks.

Other things to note
We are non discrimination hosts and provide a safe and friendly stay. We have a no pets policy.

I liked the place. It’s got everything you need and check in was easy. There were ants in the kitchen, which was a bit annoying. My main concern was the bed: it’s old and uncomfortable, with grooves that meant I either had to sleep in the middle or roll into them.

I felt communication could’ve been a lot better but when I finally talked to Paul he was very accommodating and I was able to drop off my bag early. The flat very handy to beach. Basic and a bit disappointed that no little bottle of milk left esp seeing Xmas day. I did send a message when I first booked to check I wouldn’t have to pay anything else - no reply so when I had to pay more two days before Xmas when to late to cancel, I was surprised. Basically the flat had everything else that I needed.

Lovely break

Property Great

I really liked this property. Surprisingly quiet, considering closeness to the main road. Loved the location, handy for the beach and Four Square. My only gripe was the nylon sheets on the bed... I'm allergic to nylon, so just had to suck it up and buy myself some cotton sheets. Otherwise, really helpful landlord, and everything supplied. Thanks again.

Compact but plenty of space

Excellent value for money. Well appointed, fully equipped kitchen . Lots of little extras- cereal, milk, various beverages. Warm and cozy. Had the best nights sleep in months! Couldn’t figure out the tv but didn’t matter. No outdoor space but then the beach is a short walk away. Could hear tenants in above flat thumping about but not that often
