「The room was modern and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful with all our odd requests. The unit had everything we needed and more. The location was great because it was so close to Whakatane city center and close to the road going to Ohope when we wanted to go to the beach. 」

「Philip is an amazing caring host eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The cabin was delightful. Cosy and warm when the weather turned. Overall a relaxing enjoyable stay. Bath and hammock were a bonus 」

「ホワイト島ツアーのために滞在しました。残念ながら、噴火直後でツアーに参加できなかったため、タウポに向かう拠点にしました。部屋は広く、必要なものは揃っており、快適に滞在できました。ミニキッチンはありますが、調理は不可です。電子レンジでの温めになります。朝食はカフェで購入可ですが、わりと高いので、部屋にあるお茶と何かを買い込んだ方がいいと思います。シャワーの出も良く、シャンプーなどのアメニティも香りがいいものが常備されていました。」

「Good communication to check our arrival time as we didn’t realise check-in closed at 6.30 pm on this particular day, instead of 8pm. The room was clean, comfortable, roomy & we enjoyed the spa bath. The only mini gripe (which I forgot to mention to them) was there was no milk for a cuppa. There was nowhere close by open to buy milk at that time of night. Aside from that, I would stay again.」
