"I felt communication could’ve been a lot better but when I finally talked to Paul he was very accommodating and I was able to drop off my bag early. The flat very handy to beach. Basic and a bit disappointed that no little bottle of milk left esp seeing Xmas day. I did send a message when I first booked to check I wouldn’t have to pay anything else - no reply so when I had to pay more two days before Xmas when to late to cancel, I was surprised. Basically the flat had everything else that I needed."
