「Signage to unit extremely poor.4 homes at top of a very steep driveway better signage to unit. Door was unlocked and no one around steep slope to side door. For seniors or anyone with a medical condition not user friendly. Unit itself very well appointed no complaints there」

「The partial view from unit 1 could only be seen if you stood in the right position outside on the balcony and then you could just see some ocean. The apartment had all the facilities, however it is getting a little dated and in need of maintenance. The fans had dust on top and the bedroom fan control knob was broken and difficult to turn without it.」
