「les instructions d’arrivées n’ont pas été transmises à temps (préalablement avant mon arrivée) ;
- la serrure et/ou la carte magnétique de la porte de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas ;
- le réseau wifi ne fonctionnait pas ;
- la propreté n’est pas à hauteur des attentes (poussière et toile d’araignée) ;
- pas de store ou toile opaque dans la fenêtre ;
- pas de bouilloire dans la chambre et la cuisine commune;
- difficulté à rejoindre le contact pour pouvoir accéder au logement.
