Room was cleaned after the first night, beds done and kitchen tidied up. Very clean and had everything we needed. Gave us tips regarding where to have breakfast. 「We love it here! We’ve stayed before and we will return! Great set up in the chalets, perfect for us with 2 kids. Walking distance to the big carrot playground and into town for restaurants, bakery etc. 25 min up to Turoa and less than an hour to whakapapa.

「The room looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were hair in the shower, spiderwebs throughout the bedroom, mold in the bathroom and the hot water tap was leaking and super difficult to close/open.
