1 Bedroom top floor unit w/ King bed + 1 full Bathroom. Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, 2 televisions w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Loved the view- especially in the morning.The decks were so nice in the warm October weather. The location was great for walking, shopping and dining. Quiet and peaceful.The host answered all my questions in advance.It was a wonderful autumn stay.

Summer Fun

Great location, great views of river and ocean, and an easy walk to anywhere on Shore Rd or Beach St. Also just a short walk to Marginal Way. Housekeeping forgot to sweep our unit and we swept up a big pile of beach sand when we first got there, but other than that oversight, the place was clean and comfortable, and location can’t be beat.

Ideal location overlooking the river and close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Amazing view from the back deck, perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or a drink. Spacious two room condo, updated and clean. Great communication, the host is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future.

The location couldn't have been more ideal. We loved our stay but just be aware of how tiny this space is. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather so we found it difficult to find a place to hang wet towels from the beach and shower. Very comfortable bed and pullout couch. I would stay here again!

Just a great place to stay, walking distance to everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette, private deck overlooking the river and ocean. What more could you want? Would stay here again without hesitation

Perfect location

This location is a quick walk to Ogunquit Beach, overlooks the tidal river, easy walk to shops and restaurants, etc. sitting on the deck watching families on the tidal beach and hearing waves from the ocean was wonderful. The unit was clean and planned well. My concerns were a spotty WiFi and uncomfortable furniture to sit on. The bed was huge and comfortable, but a low, inexpensive loveseat was hard to handle.
