July 25 - August 1, 2026 and August 29 - September 8, 2026 just became available!

Welcome to Jack's Cove – a very special place in Ogunquit. This 3 bedroom, ocean front property is located just south of Perkins Cove and includes a generous backyard that leads to a secluded, private pebble beach.

Watch the sailboats and lobstermen come in and out of Perkins Cove or swim in the clear, protected water without the crowds. The lawn extends directly to the beach and can accommodate activities of all kinds (including relaxing in a chair).

The open first floor allows for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Maine while prepping in the kitchen, enjoying a sit-down meal or relaxing in the living room.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer beautiful coastal views with windows to let in the ocean breezes.

The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have desks in case work just can’t wait. There are two twin beds in the unfinished basement as well as additional seating and a washer/dryer.

All the comforts of home are provided including bed linens, bath and beach towels.

The home is situated on almost an acre of property that is only accessible from a private lane off of Shore Road. This beautiful property was originally part of “Ye Olde Perkin’s Farm” (circa 1717) where a former pasture still extends to the back of the house. Local legend has it that the cove was named after a certain bootlegger who made his smuggling runs through the inlet.

Guests of Jack's Cove are just minutes away from Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way and downtown while enjoying the beautiful Maine coast on the only private beach in Ogunquit. A unique gem of a rental!

Cleaning fee of $325, plus 9% Maine tax will be applied to the balance when booking.

Most of the year there is a three night minimum, however during the summer months the town of Ogunquit requires at least a seven day stay. Our summer reservations are from Saturday to Saturday.

We are unable to host weddings and events.

A Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved our stay on Jack's Cove Lane. The house is beautiful and amazingly decorated - I could spend a week just studying all the art throughout the space. The yard was immaculate and the pebble beach was the perfect spot to relax in the sun. We enjoyed evenings on the deck soaking up the sea breeze and cool salt air. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect

Time away with our adult children is always a blessing but to do that here took it to another level. The property is absolutely beautiful with a large yard for some yard games. Situated on a cove close to Perkins cove we were treated with boats and sailboats coming and going through the day. The house is spotless with allConveniences. The beds were comfy and the furniture solid . Highly recommend renting Kayaks. The family was out everyday on them right from our back yard cove. Relaxing picturesque and fun

Amazing Family Trip

My wife, daughters, and in laws have always wanted to visit Maine and we found this house by chance. What a wonderful place it turned out to be! The private beach was beautiful and it's location to town is fantastic. We would stay there again 10 out of 10.

If Maine is on you list…

We love coastal Maine and Oguinquit is a great location. The house is perfect - on a private beach, close to town and the house is perfect! Well decorated, plenty of space and just a comfortable cozy stay. Elizabeth the host has everything available in the house and has great tips on food and sights for first timers and people who have been in lower Maine before. Again, the private beach, and more secluded area - don't panic it's not the woods - are a perfect option for people to experience the charm of this area, and Oguinquit is great blast off point for other locales like Camden or Arcadia in season. Don't miss this place!
