We are committed to following cleanliness guidelines for our guests. We were dedicated to providing a clean experience. This one bedroom cottage is located in the heart of Ogunquit. It doesn't get much better than this location. Park the car and never get back in it. Walk to the main beach, restaurants, the Marginal Way, the Ogunquit Playhouse and Perkins cove. We provide Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and an umbrella to make life easy for you. No need to pack in the car. The cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, a large living room that has a Pottery Barn pull out sofa bed, full kitchen with a kitchen table that seats 4, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, a must have washer & dryer, AC, beach towels, outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Quiet hideaway with easy walk to town, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and theatre, and dog-friendly! This was our 2nd time staying here with our dog, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. This time, the unit showed some minor signs of wear (probably due to end of season), but owner responded quickly to any questions we had.

The cottage was clean and very comfortable.Located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Marginal Way. Thank you Deirdre for being responsive to our calls. We recommend the Lobster Pound to eat. Be sure to get there when they open their doors to get a seat!

Super comfortable cottage!

Cute cottage, very clean and everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and short walk to marginal way. We had a wonderful time, in fact we already booked for next year! Deidre is quick to respond to any questions you may have and check in was seamless.

We had a fantastic stay at this gem of a cottage from 7/13/25-7/19/25. Plenty of room and privacy, and very close to town. Marginal Way is a short walk away which leads to Perkins Cove. This property is a true gem! There were two adults and two dogs in our party, and we all had a great time. There is a nice yard around the cottage. I wish I was back there right now as I maneuver through NYC to get home. Deirdre was a fantastic host! She provided privacy but was a door knock away or a text away. We will be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and private. It is in short walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottage also has a nice gas grill, and a deck for dining /relaxing outdoors. There are public tennis and pickleball courts nearby, an added bonus. It was terrific to be able to bring our dog. Communication with our host Deirdre was excellent.

Such a great place!

Our family of three had a great time here. Super clean and quiet. We walked all over--take the shore/footpath way to the beach, it's very nice! Do be prepared to walk, but it's not far to the things you'll want to see, and being able to access marginal way (which is as lovely as I remember it being when I was a kid) was great. The whole stay was great!

The cottage was extremely comfortable and well appointed. We did have difficulty finding it as it was not clear to us that the property was a cottage in the back. And there was not a #6 posted. Close proximity to route 1 made quiet time on the deck “difficult”. All in all a fabulous place, close to town and events and Deirdre is wonderful to work with!

Cottage bliss

Quaint, comfy cottage within walking distance to Marginal Way and downtown. Peaceful quiet surroundings with beautiful view of garden and birds. The cottage was well equipped with all necessary items to ensure comfort and relaxing stay. Host was exceptional with communication, availability and timely responses. We will definitely stay again.

This place is a gem

The property is well maintained and very clean. It was a great location and a short walk to both downtown and the Marginal Way. Communication with the host was helpful and prompt. WiFi and cable TV were great. We brought Apple TV and Google Assistant and both worked well. We will definitely return.

Amazing spot!

This cottage is an amazing space in a great location! Immaculate accommodations, and a very short walk to the Playhouse and downtown It is adorable outside and inside annd every detail has been thought of. You don't need anything just arrive and enjoy! Deidre was an excellent host, and I look forward to renting from her again in the future!

Perfect in every way

First time in Ogunquit! The cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I and my dog. Close to everything. If I had a beach house, it would look exactly like this. It has everything you need! Love that there were beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Wasn't beach weather, but what a great convenience!! Deirdre was wonderful and helpful. I will definitely book again next time in Ogunquit.
