Welcome to our new place completely remodeled located by Starved Rock State Park. If you are looking for a cozy, romantic home to spend your vacation , holiday: (Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter in our beautiful decorated house ) we are here for you . We are located 2 min from Starved Rock State Park , Grizzly Bear Resort and River . Near Parks : Matthiessen State Park , Buffalo Rock State Park , Pirate’s Key Indoor water park (20 min drive ) . Our villa is an oasis of relaxation and activities. Located 90 min from Chicago. You can spend your time in our jacuzzi ,play games , reading books , watching Netflix , stop by the small city nearby. You can also welcome your friends in the community gazebo with live music and picnic tables .

Provided: paper towel, toilet paper, hair dryer, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, coffee, tea , washing and drying machine.

Our 1800 square feet Villa accommodate a maximum of 8 people witchout extra charge .The resort has designated barbecue areas, barbecuing , fireworks, bonfire near the houses is prohibited.
Villa is privately owned !!! We are not connected to the hotel . For all outside activities pool , golf itc tickets must be purchased separately. The house has a ring doorbell camera installed on the front door.

We felt lucky to have found this place. Extremely clean. Lots of little touches you don’t find at most accommodations. Made some great memories here. Walked the neighborhood at night and felt safe. Walk across the street to Starved Rock State Park trails.

Wonderful time at this cozy townhouse. Two queen beds and a king bed. 6 slept great. Can accommodate another two on sleepers. 2 full baths and a bath tub in the primary room. They also have a pack n play, play mat for a baby and a high chair! I love when people are prepared with baby stuff. We had two cars and had parking spots, not sure if more cars would fit in that area. The house is equipped with everything you’d need to enjoy meals etc. 5min walk to the lobby of the hotel, and 3 min walk to bear island. Great location. If you’re here for the Utica wine fest, the shuttle goes there! Do not count on Ubers… some are around but very few. We will be back next year. Thank you for a great stay.

We gathered for my mom’s 80th birthday. It was fantastic. Lots of room for a 2 year old to run around, and for our birthday gathering. Great to have 2 showers and lots of space for sleeping. Great location. We will definitely go back.

Great weekend getaway

This villa served our group of six girlfriends well for a laid back long weekend. Nestled in the woods and close to Grand Bear Resort, it was clean, well-stocked for cooking, and up to date. We drove to Starved Rock lodge a few miles away, ate well at two restaurants in Utica, and enjoyed a walk to a nearby canyon just off the outdoor bar, entertainment, mini-golf area of the resort. Well worth the price.
