1920 Square Foot Newly constructed waterfront property located directly on the Majestic St. Lawrence River. 10 minutes from Ogdensburg, 35 Minutes from Canton or Alex Bay. One hour drive to Ottawa or the Adirondack Mountains.

Make memories enjoying "The River" while sitting on or using our 80 foot private dock for that memorable fishing trip. Feel free to use the rowboats, kayaks and or firepit while enjoying the views of the ships passing in front of you. For the winter enthusiasts, the St. Lawrence County Snowmobile trail system is directly accessible from the property. Location and Quality says it all!

The house was updated and had everything we needed! The host was very responsive. The lake views are beautiful. The entire area is gorgeous. The fall leaves couldn't have been more beautiful! We had a lovely fire in the fire pit and a few relaxing movie nights. For those of you who are into thrifting...there are some great local options! I highly recommend this property. We hope to be back, ourselves.

5 stars on all counts! Gorgeous view of St. Lawrence. Literally on the river! Comfy throughout the house. Well-provisoned kitchen. Great fire pit next to river. Private and peaceful. Owner Sean very responsive to property questions, and provided local info. Our dog enjoyed his stay, too. Far from highway, so no traffic worries with dog.

Good stay for a couple of days

We stayed at this house for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The house is in a great location right on the water. Its a newer house but had several pieces of furniture that were not in the best condition. Reclining chair, table chairs and twin beds.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

Needed a place to stay for a family event and was looking for something with some space, views of the St. Lawrence River, and close to Ogdensburg. This place checked all the boxes and then some. Found the home to be very clean, well designed, and the property owner was very accommodating. Highly recommend this house!

Lovely weekend with family

Sean was a super helpful host. I stayed where with My husband, kids (6, 4, and 9 months) and my mom for a weekend and the property was lovely! Super cozy!

We stayed in this wonderful home while visiting our daughter at a nearby college. It was a beautiful autumn weekend and this house was just perfect! Comfortable beds, living space, kitchen well appointed and the best part was the cozy gas fireplace! It warmed the whole house! Also can’t neglect to mention the amazing location right on the river looking at Canada. Perfect place to relax after all the events going on at school. I’m sure it’s incredible in the summer too!
