"The hotel was nice and had a very well designed entry and lobby. They do charge for parking which i can never understand if you are a guest why wouldn’t parking be free or included? It is on a busy strip in Wilmington so maybe they have an issue with non guests parking there but you should never charge your guest to park that’s tacky and will always leave a bad taste in my mouth. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. "

"Hopefully It was just off season but the restaurant hours were ridiculous. No complimentary coffee and the restaurant didn’t open until 8 am. They close again between each meal service as well. Rather disappointing when others offer coffee and water for a lesser rate."

"Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were great we wanted for nothing, everything we needed was there plus our hosts even had fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and breakfast variety of food in the fridge for us. The cottage is very nice, has everything you could want and very clean. Great outdoor screened in porch to sit day or evening. And yes we were close to any and everything we needed to be!!"

"This was our second stay at this home, and it was just as great as the first. The house is very spacious with plenty of room, in a great location close to shopping, and situated in a nice neighborhood. It has become our go to rental when visiting our son in Wilmington, and we are already looking forward to our next stay."
