「The cottage looks nice in photos and they do keep it as clean as they can; however, it is very rundown. We were bothered by the strong smell of fabric softener (gives us migraines) and mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom narrow and dark, and overall, we just had “the creeps” the whole time. So much so that we left early. Honestly, we expected more for the price. You can find better options in the area for what we paid.」

「Clean bright comfortable stay with a distant view of the lake. Quiet and loved full kitchen and premade ice. Beds very comfortable and great ac for cool sleeping. Good communication from the host. 「My first impression was the shed next to the house looked like a meth lab. Not sure if it belonged to the property or not. The house is a work in progress. Not quite the image that the pictures online depicted. No screens on the windows except for one kitchen window..So we didn't get much ventilation. The refrigerator wasn't working well, I had to clean the vents on the back and reset the power to get it to work. I wouldn't stay there again.」
