This first floor two bedroom, two bath villa offers a large living and dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, screened porch, wireless internet access and 3 flat-screen Smart TVs.

Stretch out and enjoy the spacious open floor plan with easy access to the shared pool.

Bedroom A has a King Bed, TV, and full bath with a shower. Living area has a queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom B has a King Bed, TV, full bath with tub/shower, small table with chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a toaster oven, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. This bedroom also has direct exterior access.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking or Vaping. Maximum Occupancy 6 Guests, including children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April to mid October. Additional shared amenities include a charcoal grill and pool house with a sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning bench. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.
