「My only complaint was I was told I could request a late check out in the morning. Nobody told me only 1 room in a section could get a late checkout. So by 8am they told me I could not get one as the late check out was taken. Had I know this I would have phoned the reception early. 」

「A day before our arrival I called the hotel asking about early check-in. I explained we were coming to Green Bay for a 2 PM wedding. I spoke with Bailey, who assured me an early check-in would not be a problem at all and she would make a note of it on our reservation. Bailey was super friendly and happy to help is out. We checked in at 1 PM, 2 hours before regular check-in time. Bailey was at the front desk when we arrived and her demeanor was just as friendly and helpful as it was on the phone....
