「First the pros: The room was very clean, it was nicely decorated and seemed to be newly remodeled with nice floors, bathroom fixtures etc. The host replied to my texts promptly. The property was fairly close to several restaurants to choose from and was in what seemed to be a nice and safe neighborhood. My main con and reason for the 4 stars, was even tho they made a point of saying the wall between the apt and house was sound proof, it clearly was not. Early in the stay I heard their dogs...

「Property was close to everything we wanted to do. We had no issues. The home is in a working class Neighborhood. It was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the sofa. It is very lumpy and uncomfortable. We spent very little time at the house so it all worked out.」

「Super 2 bed 2 bath property walking distance to Winter Garden downtown area.」

「It was a great stay. We had a little hiccup because the refrigerator died but the host quickly responded and replaced it.」

「our stay for 2-4th was very relaxing and pleasant we had such great accommodations i’d say the best! even having to change our stay was very easy id recommend you’d stay here!!」

「Very clean room and quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks. Publix, CVS, Einstein Bagels is a very short distance away. Recommend Great Southern Box for Mexican, Cuban, pizza and burgers. This is perfect for solo travelers or couples who just want a place to sleep and shower while they’re out exploring the city.」

「I would definitely recommend staying here the owner was super sweet and if you’re worried about the animals they’re not intrusive at all and they’re very cool to be around. She even let us get eggs from the chickens 」

「Beautiful and immaculate private room.」

「Wasn’t like the pictures for one. But biggest issue for us was not being told that there is a person living in a small camping trailer in the back yard. He wasn’t rude or mean or anything but it would have been nice to been told about this prior to renting. As two women that stayed in the house, it was unsettling the first night we were there.」

「We loved our stay here! The house has everything you could ever need. The backyard is so fun. The location was amazing for Universal parks and good for Disney as well. It was clean but I feel like it could have been a little cleaner…empty water bottles around the couch and dusty and a lot of bugs coming in through the bathrooms (not sure if anything could ever be done about it). All in all we would definitely return for the backyard and location!」

「Everything was very nice. We had a wonderful stay with all my employees. The hosts were very attentive to us and answered us promptly.」

「Great place to stay and close to all parks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.」

「Nice house in a good neighborhood that’s close to the parks. The house was bigger than what we needed. But to be 8 minutes away from universal studios with a pool was worth it. It’s definitely worth what you pay for. The owner responds fast even though I didn’t. We were very happy with the house.」

「Great duplex for the price. Located on a busy road that is next to the bigger freeway/interstate but no issue! Not right in the middle of everything but close enough that it was a 5-6 min ride/drive or a 20-30 beautiful walk. Compared to what we were going to pay for a hotel, this was such an excellent choice! If you are looking for a ln inexpensive, nice place to stay if you are going to the downtown Orlando area and not the Theme Parks then this is the perfect choice. We were in town for a...

「Very friendly host! Space was all we needed. Super duper clean.」

「Can’t complain. Would re book for sure.」

「Me súper encantó una casa muy limpia y cómoda para mi familia quedamos muy contentos」

「The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7 and 2 dogs, the location was pretty good, it was centrally located and only about 15 minutes from Universal, we had seen some reviews mentioning the neighborhood but we didn't have any concerns during our stay, it’s a very quiet area. The only downside for us was learning that dogs were not allowed in the pool, this was only mentioned in the rental agreement that was sent a few days prior to check in date, completely understand that...
