"My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway with our two German Shepherds. We found this beautiful log home!! It was beautifully decorated and it has an amazing dog friendly yard! Our puppies were free to play in the yard and explore while being completely secure. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again! The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 for sure! Very convenient to a lot of trails/forest for hiking if the heat cooperates!"

"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"

"Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was very enjoyable. The house is clean and comfortable with comfortable beds as well. The kitchen is stocked very well with nice cookware. "I booked this last minute with only a couple days notice and I am glad I did. What a great little cabin. It is very rustic and very homely. I was told service was not great but I had ZERO service and I loved it. No messing with technology just enjoying our days sitting by the forest. Me and my lady sat by the fire pit every night and we grilled meats as well. Hope has the cabin very clean and stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!"
