We had a great time in jamaica and staying at Alton's property gave us the flexibility to visit families and friends and also experienced the real authentic jamaica👍😉. The location was also ideal for us in visiting ocho rios and surrounding attractions. Alton also did his best in making sure all our needs were talking care of. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next vacation to jamaica 🇯🇲👍.

Villa was very nice & spacious & clean!! Gated & secure & alarm system & security. No pool available at this time😒 driving to beach necessary.

Pros: The house is nice and modern. It was spacious. It had A/C in every room, a TV, and WiFi available. The neighborhood pool was nice and with no one out there (which I loved)! I liked that I felt safe with security at the front of the neighborhood. My Cons: We had issues with the guest bathroom sink, the property manager did have someone come try to fix it the same day, but it wasn’t resolved. We had to brush our teeth in the tub. Make sure not to leave any type of food out, ants come to attack. (Even sealed in a ziplock bag). We just made sure to put everything in the refrigerator. If you rent this house you HAVE to have a car or a driver set up. The beach and any thing you would like to do was near by but too far to walk (in my opinion) about a 10 minute drive. The towels were not in the bathrooms, I assumed they would be in the bathrooms but the were in the closet in the washroom. The first day was rough for us due to the ants and sink issues, but overall it was okay.
