I ABSOLUTELY Loved EVERYTHING About My Stay!!! I had a Privilege Stay and It was The BEST Experience!!! The Staff were All so Accommodating, Helpful, And Very Welcoming!!!! I would recommend this resort to Every one!!! I’m definitely coming back again!!!

Food was horrible!! I’ve stayed at other Riu and food was amazing. They need a new chef. We put the door tag on our room for housekeeping to clean the room we came back mid afternoon no one cleaned we called front desk and they said they would send someone. We went back to our room that evening and the door tag was replaced with a do not disturb and room was not cleaned. Around 9pm someone came and asked if we still wanted them to clean the room we asked for them to come back in the morning. They need to do better.

Beautiful property with helpful staff. There were multiple dining options and fun activities. The swim out was amazing and PRIVILEDGE is worth the money.
