"The whole stay was great. From the room to the shuttle. The staff were great. They went above and beyond for us. Will always book there anytime I take a cruise out of Jacksonville."

"Only thing I would say is tell them to answer their phone.They told us to call when we got the spot to get our shuttle and then they wouldn't answer the phone for fifteen minutes"

"No airport shuttle as advertised. I figured this out the day before check in because I had called to hotel to determine if there a reservation for the shuttle was needed or if we just called when we arrived? This was our primary reason for booking this hotel as we were traveling with our children a bed luggage for a cruise so Ubers,etc needed to be large to have enough space. When we tried to get a refund we were told to call hotels.com only to spend hours in chats and phone calls with zero resolution. Pool not operating. The bathroom as well as outdoors throughout the property had a smell of sewage. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was not impressive but ok. "

"It was ok. Our air conditioner didnt work the first night and was super loud the next night. The shower head was not good. Desk clerk had to come up and fix our TV connection. Again, not terrible but i expect better from Marriott. "

"We were told at check in that the shuttle began running at 4 a.m. However, the next morning when we came down just before 4 to catch the shuttle, we were told it didn't begin until 4:30. We had a 6 a.m. flight so we had to hire an Uber. The room was very clean. My roommate said her bed was very uncomfortable. Mine was fine, however we'd had a super long day with cancelled flights so maybe I was too tired to notice! We left before the breakfast opened."
