Beautifully decorated 3 bed, 2 bath, air conditioned condo on the beach!

Enjoy sunsets from the beautiful open concept living area with a fireplace, vaulted ceiling & 75” flat TV. Light & bright kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, Dacor premium appliances. Completely renovated throughout with high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new furniture, light fixtures, ceiling fans, slider doors, custom shades, fresh paint & much more!

Flatscreen TVs in all 3 bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a great work area with a built-in desk. Full-size washer & dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh, hotel-grade linens. We welcome families with children and offer baby essentials such as a pack n play, baby gate, stroller & high chair! Propane grill on the balcony for BBQing.

One covered parking space and 1-car garage used for storing beach essentials. We provide bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, games such as corn hole & ladder ball, refrigerator, surfboards & boogie boards, wetsuits & children’s life jackets for our guests. Free parking along Pacific Street. No meters.

Large semi-private beach with access to the public beach below. Located in a well-maintained 4-unit building. Walk or bike to Oceanside's best restaurants, pier and harbor. Carlsbad is just a short 2.5 miles away

This has been our favorite vacation rental thus far!! Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in and throughout the entire stay. The views are incredible. The house is incredibly well stocked and clean with plenty of space for our entire family. Walking distance to so many fun coffee shops, the pier, and many more local businesses. Communication with the host was spot on and they were super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Great property with the most amazing ocean view. A/C was great, parking was very convenient for one car and we didn’t have trouble finding street parking nearby for a second car. The host was very communicative and helpful and we’ll definitely come back!

This condo on the beach is amazing! All you need to do is show up with your clothes, stock the fridge and cupboard with food, drinks, snacks and ENJOY! The rest is taken care of! The place is immaculate! It’s super comfy and well stocked with dish-ware, cookware, utensils and glassware. There are surfboards, bodyboards, wetsuits, bikes, and many other fun in the sun/sand/water items in the garage for renters to use. AND all of these items are in good working order! That never happens! Honestly, this place is amazing! Did I say that already?!The owner/host is very communicative and left us a nice welcome note and bottle of wine upon checkin. This condo is definitely at the top of our list next time we vacation in Oceanside.Thank you, Kavanaghs and staff, for such an enjoyable experience!

Beautiful Condo with A/C

We have stayed at many condos along the West Coast. One thing we run into is the fact that many homes that are oceanfront do NOT have air conditioning. My prayers have been answered..... a beautiful, clean, condo complete with anything you could ever need on vacation and it HAS AIR CONDITIONING!!! We enjoyed 8 nights here and truly enjoyed our stay. We saw dolphins, watched gorgeous sunsets and were entertained by the surfers and families on the beach - all from our oceanfront patio. We felt like we were on a cruise when it was high tide. The rental experience was easy and your host is always available if you have a question. We hope to return. :)

Views for days!!! We loved staying in this condo. So relaxing listening to the ocean waves. We used the bikes and boogie boards provided. Balcony could use an umbrella for day use but we still enjoyed sitting out there. One of the best vacations spots we’ve stayed at!

Million dollar view!

We had a great time staying in Oceanside. The condo is exactly as pictured but nothing could prepare you for the view in real life. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the view. If we are ever in Oceanside again, we will definitely stay again.

Literally on the ocean!

This property is just as described. It is the second story in a building that is about 15 feet from the rock bulkhead that literally touches the Pacific Ocean. Staying here is like staying on the ocean: the sound of the coast, the smell of the surf, the view of the sunsets, the feel of the mist of the crashing waves, and the taste of the salt in the air. This place was such an ideal location that we simply wanted to stay in house, cook meals and observe the ocean. Also amazing was the communication with the owners. Leslie affirmatively reached out in advance of the trip to confirm details. The check in process was easy. The property was spotless. The property has everything you need to sit in the catbird seat and bask in the wonder that is So.cal coast.

We are so appreciative of this place, the hosts, and everything that encompasses what a vacation rental should be. Bring your bathing suits. That’s it. Everything else you could possibly need is available for you…and a beautiful condo to boot! Have your cameras ready for a daily morning visit from the dolphins, they seem to like to hang out with the surfers.

Perfect place on the water.

Clean, plenty of room, and had all the necessities of home. Simple check in and thorough details left for easy instructions. Garage had all the beach toys and bikes too. We stayed in Laguna last few years and first time in Oceanside. Very easy, down to earth crowd. We will defiantly be back.

Ocean Stay

This condo is right on the ocean. The view from the living space is incredible- the pictures don’t do it justice! We used the screen door and the sound of the waves was amazing- such a treat. The kitchen was well stocked and there were more than enough towels and linens. The space was clean, light, and bright. The host was friendly and communicative and the downstairs neighbors are delightful. Our family of five had a great time and would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Leslie!

Wonderful Oceanside getaway spot.

We knew we needed this rental as soon as we saw the listing for it! Perfect location, spotless accommodations. It had everything we needed! And those sunsets- wow! The owners were great at communicating with us prior to our visit and gave us a ton of recommendations. Loved the private beach front and all of the views of the Pacific. Had plenty of space for the kids and adults!
