  • Beautifully decorated 3 bed, 2 bath, air conditioned condo on the beach!

    Enjoy sunsets from the beautiful open concept living area with a fireplace, vaulted ceiling & 75” flat TV. Light & bright kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, Dacor premium appliances. Completely renovated throughout with high-end luxury vinyl plank flooring, brand new furniture, light fixtures, ceiling fans, slider doors, custom shades, fresh paint & much more!

    Flatscreen TVs in all 3 bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has a great work area with a built-in desk. Full-size washer & dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh, hotel-grade linens. We welcome families with children and offer baby essentials such as a pack n play, baby gate, stroller & high chair! Propane grill on the balcony for BBQing.

    One covered parking space and 1-car garage used for storing beach essentials. We provide bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, games such as corn hole & ladder ball, refrigerator, surfboards & boogie boards, wetsuits & children’s life jackets for our guests. Free parking along Pacific Street. No meters.

    Large semi-private beach with access to the public beach below. Located in a well-maintained 4-unit building. Walk or bike to Oceanside's best restaurants, pier and harbor. Carlsbad is just a short 2.5 miles away

This has been our favorite vacation rental thus far!! Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in and throughout the entire stay. The views are incredible. The house is incredibly well stocked and clean with plenty of space for our entire family. Walking distance to so many fun coffee shops, the pier, and many more local businesses. Communication with the host was spot on and they were super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Views for days!!! We loved staying in this condo. So relaxing listening to the ocean waves. We used the bikes and boogie boards provided. Balcony could use an umbrella for day use but we still enjoyed sitting out there. One of the best vacations spots we’ve stayed at!

Amazing Beach House

The owners have done an amazing job with top notch quality remodel and decor. Everything from the check in process to the fully equipped kitchen to falling asleep and waking to the sounds of waves make this a wonderful get away.

This condo is very clean and beautiful. Stunning view of the ocean allows for gorgeous natural light, creating a lovely atmosphere. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly, overcast days. We really enjoyed our stay!

Million dollar view!

We had a great time staying in Oceanside. The condo is exactly as pictured but nothing could prepare you for the view in real life. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the view. If we are ever in Oceanside again, we will definitely stay again.

A dream come true with this ocean view!

This condo was amazing. Over looking the ocean with its own beach. It had every amenity needed for a wonderful family vacation! The owner was so helpful and caring!!

Wonderful spot

This beachside condo was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Leslie was a fantastic host, the location directly on the beach was wonderful, and the unit was spectacular, sparkling clean, and very well equipped. We were all very comfortable and would definitely return. Thanks!

Amazing view of Pacific…surfers and dolphins every day! Beautifully designed and furnished… abundantly stocked..towels…kitchen things…seasoning /cooking basics…sports equipment…surfboards ..SUP…boogie boards… toy…games…chairs…umbrellas….all over the norm for any VRBO… two king bedrooms are a plus! Wonderful Oceanside getaway spot.

We knew we needed this rental as soon as we saw the listing for it! Perfect location, spotless accommodations. It had everything we needed! And those sunsets- wow! The owners were great at communicating with us prior to our visit and gave us a ton of recommendations. Loved the private beach front and all of the views of the Pacific. Had plenty of space for the kids and adults!

Fantastic Location and Fabulous Condo

Spring break was a dream with this amazing condo. It was so well outfitted and cozy, it was hard to leave and go sightseeing. The owner was extremely considerate and walked us through the place to ensure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely look to stay again. Thank you!

Great beach condo

You cannot get much closer to the ocean than this, and if you sleep on the beach side in the primary bedroom, you'll fall asleep and awake to the sound of the surf. We loved the location and the condo was well appointed. We stayed in the winter, and enjoyed the cozy fireplace, and the bright space. Unlike most VRBOs we've been to, the host likes to give a little tour of the place and give some tips on how to operate things.
