This is a newly renovated ranch house with a beautiful ridge view. It's within walking distance to a shopping mall. You can drive to the beach (about 18 minutes) or take a bus.

The house has vaulted ceiling with open space. This is a very quiet neighborhood so please no loud noise and wild parties. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, with another den that can be possibly used as the 4th bedroom.
