The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — including
serveware, cookware, kitchen tools, and a wine fridge — making it easy to
prepare meals and entertain. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony
with panoramic ocean views, or unwind on the private balcony perfect for BBQs
and outdoor dining.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, three wall-mounted TVs, a full-size washer
and dryer, air conditioning, and underground gated parking with two reserved

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
