  • If you are looking for stunningly beautiful sunsets right on the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Oceano puts you directly on the beach, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 5-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.

    This property is ideal for families, and for those wine enthusiasts interested in sharing the cost of a beautiful home and property by bringing a group of 2-3 couples, several families or a group of friends.

    This spacious condo is family owned and is a two-story home that has 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, a very open & large kitchen, and family and dining area. The condo is situated on the beach with generous room to relax and enjoy!

    The Master Suite features a four poster hand carved queen bed with luxurious bedding including 500 thread count sheets, chenille blanket and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV on the flatscreen. The bath with this bedroom includes a vanity, and a walk-in shower.

    The second large bedroom suite is equipped with a five twin beds with silky sheets. This bedroom also offers a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom includes a tub shower combination.

    The third sleeping area highlights a queen pull out bed as well as a second bed. Downstairs also offers a full bathroom with the walk-in shower. This is great for families to be able to have a full sleeping area down stairs along with a third full bathroom.

    The dining and living area is open and airy with a large dining table, a long bar with five barstools for dining. Relax in the main living area that boasts a flat screen TV, overstuffed chenille couch and gas log fireplace. The home includes all linens, blankets, deluxe coffee maker, cooking and utensils, and beach towels. We do accept pets (see the additional pet amount on prices page). Please note that this location is on Oceano Beach which allows vehicles and ATV's on the beach

Amazing house right on the beach

We had such a great stay. It was amazing being right on the beach! The house was beautiful and was thoughtfully prepared with everything you would need. Very spacious. We appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

This apartment is right on the sand with great viewing of the off-roading going on out front. We enjoyed watching the action from both balconies. The restaurant next door is convenient for quick, yummy food.

Home away from home!

The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing! It was nicely decorated, clean, and fully equipped! The location is perfect, better than described, literally right on the sand! The host Tammy is the best! She was available for any question we had or for any help we needed! The only complaint that I have is that we were not able to stay longer! Love this place, great experience!

Awesome week in Oceano

This is a great stay, well appointed, very clean. My only gripe would be the dryer didn't work, so we had packed light in anticipation of not needing an offsite fluff and fold. Other than that everything was perfect, really enjoyed the location and the views. Also there is Slappy's adjacent, whose aroma wanders around when they are cooking Tri-Tip. We grabbed some chowder one day, not too bad. Would stay here again, probably longer than a week.

Amazing place to be

We had an amazing time. You are literally right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries, shopping all very close. It is right by the entrance for campers to go on the beach but we found that rather entertaining. I loved the big oversized couch right by the back patio so you could relax and watch the waves. Tammy was readily available for any issues or questions we had. We will be back!

Oceano Dream

This is the third summer in a row we have stayed at this condo, this year staying for 10 days instead of 7. We love its location, right on the sand and ocean! We walk down the beach two miles and are in downtown Pismo, we can drive a few miles and be at wonderful hiking trails, or we can stay put because the beach is beautiful. Both Slappy's and Juans are a must visit for food! We appreciate Tammy being responsive to our needs and taking good care of us! We are already planning for next year!

Breathtaking location

This property was simply gorgeous. The space was perfect and very roomy & comfortable for our family. We loved the fireplace and daybed. Parking was a breeze with the reserved spaces under the unit. Plenty of trash bags & paper towels. Coffee included! Bring your own soaps & shampoos though. Key pad door lock was challenging for us, but we worked it out with the property manager. Tammy was very responsive, welcoming & helpful. There are no words for the view- just amazing! Also, we ordered Slappy’s Chowder house next door the first night, not expecting much. We were wrong - one of the best tri tip sandwiches, and the chowder was incredible.

Great location for family getaway

Property is well suited for families with two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a full bath downstairs and large dining table for meals, games, etc.. Downstairs also had a "couch" that was the size of a double bed and very comfortable. Had beach access and beautiful views from living area and master bedroom. It was great to step right out to the beach for walks/work-outs.There is a lot of vehicle traffic on the beach, but that was one of the reasons we chose this location (close to the ATV park) so did not impact our visit. Noise was not a problem (the surf was louder than any vehicle noise) and vehicles were only out during the day. Outside furniture was too wet to use on our visit due to recent rain.Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals although the ice machine and dispenser in the fridge/freezer wasn't working and neither was the gas fireplace. TVs were connected to streaming services through Roku, but needed to use our accounts to access. Could not access network TV or get TV working on any service in kids' bedroom, but that may have been user error. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable.Had technical difficulties with garage gate and the front door access, but owner responded right away and we worked it out. Be sure to bring your own shower soap, shampoo, conditioner & Kleenex as none was provided, but there was hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.Overall, a nice place for a beach getaway.

Year 4 for us! Amazing location, right on the sand, with all the activity our family loves! We spent hours on the back deck soaking up the sun, having BBQs, followed by bonfires on our private beach. We love this spot and will be back again!
