「Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.」

「Great house for large groups! Great location!」

「Great location, great host communication!」

「We had a wonderful visit to Asbury Park and the rental property was absolutely lovely. Perfectly clean apartment, comfortable beds, full set of everything you could need in the kitchen. Doug and Frank were gracious hosts and we especially enjoyed evenings on the front porch looking at their beautiful garden. We’ll be back!」

「Everything was perfect in the house except for the bathroom and toilet drains. The water took a long time to drain. Overall was excellent, Thank you for your service.」

「Appreciated that they actually provided decent towels along with working TV remotes unlike some places where those items feel thrown in just because. Quick exit on checkout too!」
