The location is the best thing about this place. It’s right in the beach next to the boardwalk. It also comes with parking but we were also charged $20 hotel fee. The bathroom also had a clog in the shower. The staff was nice and helpful.

For a structure that has existed for many years, the buildings appeared to be in decent condition. Safe condition. I feel they have been maintained well. The room resembled days many years ago. The room was comfortable and provided the relaxation expected. The staff was super! Very kind, respectful, helpful, and considerate.

It was close to the beach! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired since we found a dirty Band-Aid stuck to a blanket, a sock in the sleeper couch and shoes and toys under the bed in my daughter‘s room she had dirty dishes, mold, and around the bathtub and so on it was a nice location. The girl that checked me in was exceptionally awesome and the maintenance guy was awesome. Other than the fact, he didn’t exchange my TV like he said he would we didn’t have a TV the entire time with four kids you need a TV. The bicycles were old and rusted that they offered. And there was very seldom in there they offer you two chairs per room that you have to get them out of the pile on the beach. It definitely was not a resort yet. We paid a $35 resort fee each day and I believe there was a $10 a day parking fee and sometimes we had to park on the street. I cut my foot on day one and my granddaughter cut her foot on day two on the bottom of the door, I’ll give it a three out of five just because the girl at the front desk in the maintenance guy were very nice, but I won’t stay there again.
