The Space:
Located in Mid-town Ocean City, MD, Sunset Island is a private 37-acre island located on Assawoman Bay but just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. With brick sidewalks, front porches, good neighbors, and a very walkable community Sunset Island is reminiscent of beach communities along the Atlantic coast in the 1920s. This bayside resort offers you a private escape to unwind where cars take a back seat to leisurely strolls along the mile-long walking path around the island along the water’s edge. Your beach vacation at Sunset Island will become that One Particular Harbor you’ll return to year after year.

This unit only rents to friends and groups over the age of 25 years of age unless with parent/s.

At check-in with Sunset Island, guests will receive their parking permits (3) as well as their pool passes (6). Be sure to ask what events and activities Sunset Island will be offering during your stay. The home will be ready for your arrival - beds made and all towels and linens you will need. Please bring your own beach towels. Sunset Island Prohibits pets of any kind. Quiet hours after 10PM.

Other things to note

Sunset Island charges a $200 community fee which includes pool and parking passes for your stay. At check-in, you’ll receive a community information packet and directions. Each stay is granted 6 pool passes - children under 4 don't need a pass. Additional passes may be purchased for $70 a piece from the Sunset Island office. 3 Parking passes are included with the community fee. Additional parking IF available is $70 per car. There is room to park 3 average size vehicles on the townhouse property. Large trucks and SUVs will limit your parking space, please plan accordingly.
