Welcome to Hawaiian Village 142nd Street unit 411. North OC ocean block location. Close to restaurants, deli’s, mini golf and other activities. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Please note fitness room is for owners only. Elevator building. Facing south. 2 parking spots. Bike racks. Master bedroom has king bed and double sofa bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. 2 full baths. Master bath has walk in shower. 2nd bath has tub. Occupancy of 8. Full living room, dining room that seats 6 and island that seats 3. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Ceiling fans, 3 tvs each having Roku streaming stick and WiFi. Rents Sat-Sat. No one under age 25. Non smoking and vaping building. Large balcony that can be accessed from LR and both bedrooms. Guests supply sheets, towels, paper products and soaps.

Beautiful, well appointed unit

We had a great stay at the Hawaiian Village. The unit was very clean, and larger than most 2 bedroom units I have rented. The only small issue an incorrect door code from VRBO, but the owner was quick to respond with the correct code. The pool and fitness center were adequate, but nothing to write home about. Beach access was very convenient. There are a lot of great restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Family Vacay 7/2024.

Modern, clean, roomy Unit. Excellent location on 142nd St that allows access to entire OC area but also a little more of a quiet area. Pools/fitness were very nice. Beach access in seconds. Host Allison was extremely polite, professional and accommodating. 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely recommend.

Great family-friendly unit right near shops/activities/waterpark

Unit was very clean and family-friendly! We have 3 kids under 6 and it was amazing to not have to "baby-proof" the entire unit. Rooms are dark already (didn't even have to use our travel blackout curtains) and a HUGE bonus was that the living room AND bedroom had roku already setup and ready to go (ex: great for kids watching Disney in their room and adults watching whatever in living room). They had beach chairs, umbrella and tons of beach toys ready for use. Loved having the pool on property too - we would go to beach during day and pool in afternoon. It didn't rain while we were there but the indoor pool would have been a lifesaver if it did! Check-in and out was very simple - thank you for an amazing week!

Recommendations

The vacation was enjoyable! However, I would recommend cleaning or upgrading the washer and dryer in the unit. There was mold present in the front load Washer and dryer too. Also, the mattress pads, pillows and bedspreads need to be washed and cleaned. The unit was nice but needs better sanitary maintenance! Thank you!
