Welcome to the gorgeous Atlantis condo! Host will send your check in information 48 hours prior. Please be sure have check in form and rental agreement completed in order to receive them! There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 30 days is 50% refunded.


Atlantis Condo complex is located direct oceanfront in North Ocean City. It is across the street from the Library and municipal parking, just incases you need more space to park. (Municipal parking is paid parking) Close walk to some of the locals favorite hangouts and restaurants.

Welcome to Atlantis 1901 beachfront penthouse with breathtaking ocean and bay views! Located on the 19th floor, this stunning property offers a perfect blend of modern elegance and complete tranquility. Enjoy the ocean front pool or put your toes in the sand for a day of sun and fun! After a fun filled day you are within walking distance to numerous local favorite restaurants. From breakfast places, pizza and even some open pit beef from Bull on the Beach, you won't go hungry.
With 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths a large living room and galley kitchen, you will have plenty of room to relax. A double balcony will give you direct views of the ocean and bay. You can't beat the amazing location and views! All guest must must sign both a rental agreement and a check in form. The rental agreement is the same as the house rules you will see in the listing and the check in form is letting us know names and ages of those staying at property along with uploading a license. This is required and not optional.
