Rules

Water in the bathrooms is turned off between stays. The lever is underneath the sink in 2nd bath. Flip it ON when you arrive and OFF on your way out.
Please do not turn on the heat lamp switches in the bathrooms — there are currently no bulbs installed.
Our property managers Michelle and Mel are your onsite go-to contacts for anything urgent — malfunctioning appliances, building concerns, you name it.

Overall we had a great vacation! A few things could have been better. The unit was not cleaned as well as anticipated prior to our arrival. Sand and crumbs were on the floor in places. We tried using the vacuum cleaner but it didn't really pick up anything; we used a broom and dust pan instead on all smooth surfaces. The grout and edges/caulking in the master bath were starting to mold, and orange mold was running down the grout into the tub. The washing machine was really pungent, heavily smelled of mold. No cleaning spray was provided in the kitchen, we needed to purchase our own. The master bedroom was routinely warm, likely because it is located on the sunny side of the building. We kept the curtains closed, and kept the door open to the main living space as much as possible but the room was stuffy for the entire stay. On a positive note, the location was perfect--second floor right on the beach. The sun room had a fantastic view of the beach! We enjoyed using the building's pool. There were eateries close by. We had great weather save the smoke from Canadian wildfires which couldn't be helped.
