This condo boasts three full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to get ready for a day at the beach or the rooftop pool. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience. This condo is on the second floor and there is an elevator in the building. With this great location, you'll be in walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and activities in town. You're in walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, Macky's, mini golf and much more!
**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $138.75. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
