This was our first time in OCMD, and we were there celebrate a birthday and the labor day weekend with friends. Booking was a breeze, and the hosts were pretty responsive to our messages and the handbook was comprehensive The first positive thing we noticed was the location. You go through a bunch of commercial area and turn into a quiet block of townhouses where this is located. It is a perfect mix of proximity to restaurants and stores, walking distance from the beach and literally across from the community pool.The house itself is adequately appointed. It was cleaned well bedore our arrival. The kitchen has everything as described and there is also a fridge in the garage which is nice, particularly to store stuff that we'd bring to the pool or the beach without lugging it all upstairs. The living room is nice and spacious with a dining area that also has a ton of board games. The bedrooms are adequate for a holiday, and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Can't ask for much else, right?Just note that it is a 3-level home, 3.5 if you count the half floor walk up from the street level to the first level of the house, so it is not very suitable for folks with mobility issues.
