The property was nice. The major problem was the keyless entry and code that was not sufficient. After several attempts and back and forth from the garage and trying to keep my sanity, the code given my group was not correct. Unfortunately, we heard many people who had the same complaints.
We attempted to call, Steve, the owner, and his resolve for us was that put all the information in the packet and if I follow through, there should not be a problem opening the door. Well, there were many problems with that. Finally, after about an hour or so, we called Steve again. At this point, I was extremely embarrassed in front of my family. This was supposed to be a treat from me especially to my father because I lost my mom January this year, and my father is still grieving. Although my father was ok with the inconveniences, I was not. Finally, after calling Steve once again, he realized that the code had to be reset. SMH - During our stay, someone always had to stay in the room because we did not want to leave the property unlocked.
Regardless of the mishaps, we made the best of the situation. I was very upset, but I will be ok. However, I will never stay in Steve's properties again. When we were leaving, a lady in the office for another rental agency told us that Steve's properties always have many complaints.
Rent at your own risk!!!!!!! By the way, I am still waiting on the $50.00 refund.
