This well-appointed home away from home is nestled on the first floor and boasts modern updates, including luxurious vinyl plank floors that seamlessly flow through the main living areas. Spread out comfortably on the inviting sectional and watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. Discover large sliding doors leading to an expansive patio, offering the perfect spot to soak up the coastal vibes while drinking your morning coffee or a refreshing beverage. Whip up a memorable homemade meal in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). Both suites feature smart TVs for added convenience and entertainment. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi.

Tiburon's prime location situates you within six blocks of Ocean City beaches and the Atlantic Ocean, ensuring that the sand and surf are always within easy reach. Other must-visit attractions include Old Pro Golf, Northside Park, Fenwick Island State Park, Freeman Arts Pavilion, Embers Island Mini Golf, John West Park, and Trimper Rides of Ocean City.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
