The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located beautiful new home. It is between I -75 (3 minutes off I-75) and World Equestrian Center (3.5 miles approx a 5 minute drive).
Also, under 7 miles to Ocala’s new Florida Aquactics Swimming & Training (FAST)! Julian’s Flat is sure to be the place to be for your next event in Ocala!
The space
Enjoy a city scenic inspired home with four bedrooms and two baths just a couple of miles on Hwy 40 West of I-75 by 60th Ave.

Guest will have access to the entire home and garage.
Other things to note
Modern home includes two smart TV’s one in master bedroom and one in the living room. We also have availability of a free of charge pack & play; just ask us upon completing reservation.

The host is very quick to respond and very accommodating. The house is a perfect location for WEC events and close proximity to restaurants. The house is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
