He met us immediately when we got into town, showed us how everything worked & made sure we knew he was accessible. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. "We had a wonderful stay at Voya. The 2 bedroom villa was just as listed on the photos, very clean, and cozy and the most comfortable bedding I’ve slept on this trip. There is parking for the villas which was convenient. The location was very convenient to Europa Park which was the reason for our stay. There are a few restaurants and gas stations nearby making it a convenient stay. We did not the breakfast but they did have free coffee. There was not a laundry facility but we drove nearby to a wash me before departing. Everything was perfect except we did have someone come into the room unexpectedly while we were inside. He did apologize but this is definitely a safety concern that we could not lock and secure the room while inside."
