A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located in the centre of Oban with stunning elevated views across Oban and the Isles.
The balcony offers a relaxing and panoramic view of the bay, a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wind down.
A newly renovated apartment with fully operational kitchen, 2 bright and airy double bedrooms and a modern and luxurious bathroom including a bath, shower and heated towel rail.

Wifi is available free of charge throughout the property.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped should you choose to cook your own meals. (There is a supermarket 3 minute walk away, or a smaller convenience store 5 minute walk away.)

The kitchen also features a Nespresso coffee machine with pods available throughout your stay.

The apartment is fitted with Heatstore electric heating and can be controlled throughout your stay.

There are around 50 steps up to the top floor (The Penthouse) but I hope you find the steps are worth the view as I do.

Gorgeous flat in beautiful Oban

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oban and this flat was perfect. The location is ideal and the views are spectacular.

Can highly recommend this characterful, very clean apartment for couples or groups/families up to four or five. The host presented the apartment beautifully, was very generous with courtesy items, and super responsive with any questions we had. It was a great location and had lovely views.

Great stay in Oban!

Beautiful 5th floor apartment in Oban with amazing town and harbor views! Very well updated and the renovated balcony is outstanding and unique to the building. The host left many thoughtful hospitality touches that made the stay more personal and enjoyable. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront in Oban. Our family was very happy with this stay!

Good stay beside one small thing

The stay was great, the views great. The place was really cozy and comfortable. The one down side was the really thin walls the neighbors across the hall and downstairs where constantly slamming doors closed early in the morning.

Great Host

Fiona was very thoughtful and responsive. We really appreciated the toiletries and groceries that helped us to settle plus her kind notes in the apartment. The view of the harbour from the balcony was indeed a highlight and the place was so convently located, just minutes to the promenade.

Stay in Oban too short

Our cute little apartment was in a perfect location. Our hostess was in close communication with us. Quickly answered any questions All the little extras that were provided were nice touches. The fruit basket, coffee pods, milk for coffee, water bottles, toiletries. The only negative was that the pullout couch was not comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise, excellent

That View!

The view from the balcony (which is big enough to sit out on) is absolutely spectacular. Well worth the 50 steps up to the apartment. The host, Fiona, was so kind and communication was instant even though she was on holiday herself. The extra touches she’d left us were so thoughtful and generous. (Eg, wine, hot choc, cream, tablet, whisky, chocolates, biscuits, pillow sprays, a basket of toiletries in case we’d forgotten anything, the list goes on). She even arranged for her mum to deliver card and bottle of fizz on New Year’s Day when I’d told her my son and his gf got engaged. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced such hospitality ever! The flat itself is clean, comfortable and modern. Can highly recommend staying here. Thanks Fiona.

Great walkable location with a tremendous view

Even though the weather was very Scottish, we had a great time in Oban and loved our stay at the Penthouse. Fiona went above and beyond with all the little welcome extras and conveniences. Would highly recommend.

Good location with a nice view, however the shower doesn’t work well and the flat is smaller than it appears. Also the parking is not great and a very rude person confronted us for parking in the only available space that we had paid for.
