Cousins trip to Scotland

We were 4 adult cousins on a trip around Scotland. We stayed 3 nights. It was such an excellent location for taking the ferry over to Isle of Mull and for walking around town! Super comfortable for 4 people.

Great little apartment within easy waking to everything! Very clean. Great communication. I thought Oban was a great little town to explore. Wish i had stayed 2 nights, not just one.

Wonderful apartment in Oban!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Oban, Scotland. It was a two-minute walk to the ferry, which was very convenient, and a short walk to the main attractions as well as restaurants and shops. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped.

Deceptive description and lack of instructions

The pros: great location with short walk to city center; great view of the water from the apartment. The cons: description says washer AND dryer. But there is no dryer unless you call hanging your clothes on a line a 'dryer'; asked about instructions on the 'coffee maker' and owner was rude saying there was instructions in the booklet and it was "just like every coffee maker". No instructions (lots of travel info pamphlets) and was not like any coffer maker I've ever seen. When informed there was no instructions, owner said previous guests must have removed them . . . Was told to go up the hill towards the 'blue house' and park on the hill. Saw a couple of cars on the hill up to the house and parked there and next morning had a 30lb parking ticket on the windshield. Again, better instructions would be helpful. 5 stars for location and 1 star for lodging instructions.

Very nice place with room for 6 of us (2kids). Rooms were recently renovated. Bathroom was small but was nice. Walkable to downtown. Was able to find parking for small fee on street outside.

Perfect for an overnight stay

The apartment is beautiful and well layed out. An issue on arrival was sort quickly and professionally. It was a great place to stay before catching the ferry the next day. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoyed watching the ferries. We will be back

We were a family of four with a dog on a 3-week trip through Scotland. Since we didn't have much space for luggage, the priority when choosing accommodation was that there was a washing machine and dryer. The description of the property said that there was a dryer, but unfortunately that's not true. When we arrived it was pouring with rain, we were completely soaked and frozen. The heating in the apartment was off and all the windows were open. It was incredibly cold. That wasn't ideal. The apartment itself is very nicely located, you can walk to the city center, restaurants, etc. The furnishings are nice and the amenities are good. The beds were very soft, but that's a matter of taste and just our opinion. The contact with the landlord was great, we were helped quickly. We would like to book this property again for a short trip All in all we had three very nice days in Oban and would like to say a big thank you

Wonderful! A beautiful and scenic stay, and the owners are very conscientious. They even took the time to find a lost necklace for my mom. Absolutely lovely flat with a great view of the bay and very close to the City Centre of Oban. The instructions and suggestion booklet provided fantastic detail to make for a really comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Incredible location, fantastic view, wonderful memories.

My husband and our two adult daughters had a wonderful stay in this charming flat. The views from the flat are absolutely beautiful and everything we desired to do was just a few minutes walk. Communicating with Grigor was easy, he was prompt and kind throughout the entire process. We totally recommend!
