My stay at President Hotel Miami Beach was okay overall. The breakfast was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. However, the photos on the website do not accurately reflect the actual rooms. The rooms look quite different from the pictures, and the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and could benefit from renovations. The front desk manager came across as somewhat rude and very serious, which was not the most welcoming experience. On the other hand, the young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. With some updates to the property and a more consistent customer service experience, this hotel could be much better , good location

The Tresor tower is nice with beautiful views, but the elevator situation was an absolutely disaster. One time the line was so long that I took the stairs to the 33rd floor. Also, the Valet was terrible. Seemed like everyone working there was first day on the job.
