"Beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the experience left me feeling really uncomfortable. About 30 minutes after checking in, a hotel staff member attempted to enter my room without warning. Thankfully I had the latch closed, but I was already settled into the room and on a work meeting when it happened. Regardless of what I was doing, having someone try to enter an occupied room unexpectedly is completely inappropriate and honestly made me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I reported it to the front desk shortly after and was given a complimentary drink coupon, but the situation itself was never really addressed in a meaningful way. The other major disappointment was the food. The restaurant service staff were kind and attentive, but the food itself was genuinely poor. My meal was dry, overcooked, and not enjoyable. I brought it to the attention of the restaurant manager at the time, but nothing was done. Later, the hotel offered to send up an alternate room service item instead. Unfortunately, that was somehow even worse. The vegetables looked dried out and old, ingredients listed on the menu were missing, and the entire plate looked unappetizing and poorly prepared. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful, but between the room privacy issue and the disappointing food experience, this stay did not meet expectations."

"We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. We came down from a few hours away for a dance competition and have nothing but good things to say! The front desk ladies were so helpful, even when we had a hiccup at check in (on my part). They were super friendly and helpful and helped me laugh through it! They took their time to remember even my name! All other staff members were fantastic as well. They took the time to talk to my girls and ask about the dance competition. The pool was great, everything was super clean. All over it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend to others!"

"Parking served the purpose Keeping in mind the establishment is under renovation, the property grounds definiely require more TLC Windows require cleaning inside and out Beds/bedding were comfortable and served the purpose for our trip Staff were accomodating ensuring our requests for towels/incidentals were brought to our rooms in timely manner"

"Great location beside the Market. Parking isnt horrible (entrance to walk to vehicle is just steps away from the hotel. Unfortunately if u want in/out privileges its the markets parking garage and super expensive. The hotel offers a voucher for parking which does save u some $ which is nice, but Unfortunately has no in/out privileges. Super friendly staff. Room was nice. Hotel itself was nice. Will return"
