"Mason was the front desk representative. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We requested an early check-in and he was able this particular date to approve our request. Super helpful considering we are from away and made our trip for a concert so much more relaxed and pleasant. Thank you again Mason. "Liked the restaurant for breakfast staff were very friendly however the accessibility room which we did not request we were provided the washroom needed upgrades such as no storage for you items had to use chair and a disabled person would have had difficulty using the shower facilities unable to reach control"

"Staff were incredible . They were so accommodating and helpful. They offered services and comforts not found in many other places. Their kindness was greatly appreciated."
